Easy really,, I phoned and spoke to a member of staff told them what I need, and after a few ideas and suggestions decided on what was needed and ordered my jacket. Was delivered when it was said it would be delivered and when I tried it on found it to be what I ordered and fitted as I wanted it to fit, so happy all round
