I ordered the items by telephone. Having given measurements I was advised to have a certain size which, on delivery, I found too large. As I needed the items quickly and could not wait to exchange them for a smaller size, I decided to visit the shop which is only some 40 miles or so distant. On arrival there I received a warm welcome from the shop assistant and could not have been treated with more consideration. In no time at all smaller items were found to fit perfectly. The shop itself instilled confidence in that it was well furnished and the stock of excellent quality. So much so indeed that my wife made me buy other items!!
