I've not bought from Fields before. The Loake shoes I wanted were out of stock; as arranged, Fields contacted me ten days later when they were available. They arrived promptly, exactly as ordered, with the agreed discount applied.
As I said, this is the first time I've used Fields. It won't be the last.
