Excelent customer service. one gets to see how good a companies customer service is only when things go wrong. When my order arrived it was one shirt short, I phoned the company, they were very polite and efficient and sorted it out right away, they the shirt by next day delivery and also included a very nice tie as a complementary gift to make up for the error. I will be making use of thier services again and have also recomended them to quite a few friends.
