I recently purchased some Loake shoes, from the very start the customer service from this company has been excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and was very impressed with the professionalism. Unfortunately the shoes were too big and I had to send them back, but even then the help and information I was given were first rate. Matt in the customer information department deserves a special mention for reserving me a pair on the right size and dispatching them the same morning that my returns arrived back to them. Absolutely outstanding service. If I had one little grip, it's having to pay the P&P for the return, but this hasn't taken the shine off my overall customer experience and I would recommend Fields Menswear to anyone
