Ordered boxing shoes about two weeks ago - still waiting on them; despite numerous inquiries regarding the tracking number, which was left out in their email mailer, I've received only one response referring to technical difficulties, w/o any further follow ups. Issues happens all the time, but such lack of communication, courtesy and professionalism in handling those issues is not acceptable. Will never buy from them again!!!
