After a week my goods have still not arrived, although they have been posted and have to be sighned for customers cannot actually track the parcel ( I ordered last Saturday for 3-5 day delivery and my son wanted the new boxing gear to wear on Friday as he was sparing withe James degale the number 1 super middleweight champion of the world and wanted to look good in the videos, so was very unhappy that he had to wear his old stuff for photo shoot) maybe you could introduce a next day or faster service for an extra few quid for the customers that need a guarantee on delivery times?
