I ordered a product for which i needed for the next day , so chose the next day delivery option . The item didnt turn up as was sent to wrong depot , was told by an employee that they were all ready delayed when the parcel left and then diverted the blame to the delivery company. If i had been told this i wouldnt have purchased and and acceptable solution would of been to refund my postage costs which were upwards of £6.
