Too long to get gloves : First order on the 11th and third choice order arrived on the 28th (Paris). No commercial gesture. Bad customer service : took sometimes 2-3 days to get an answer and sometimes avoid answer. I had to change twice my choice of gloves, first because the supplier doesn't make them anymore. Second time because the stock was empty. Each time the stock on the website display available in stock. It took each time 3 days or more to find out that the gloves are not in stock and to get a return from the customer service. So on the 19th we managed to agree on twins red gloves, that were displayed "dispatched" on the same day : no email saying that finally they have been sent and which gloves are sent (as on the account it is display the first order). I have sent an email and only the day after I got an answer. I got the dpd tracker only on the 25th, so what happened between the 19th and the 25th. To summaries : * I had to pay 3 € fees from my bank because the price on the website fightco.fr in Euro was not the price paid, as we paid it in £ and there is ZERO warning or information about that. I have asked 2-3 times about that by email ==> no answer * Fightco always offered to refund all the price, so this is a good point, but what about my bank fees? What about the fact that I wanted gloves and not money back. You cannot sell things that you don't have and run away with a refund. * I had to change twice my choice of gloves (so the final gloves are not really the gloves wanted), it seems that the stock display on the website is not the real stock of fightco but an idea of the stock of the supplier. That's why it tooks so long to discover that the gloves are not in stock anymore. (that is just a guess from my part). * It tooks too long to received them, for the final choice it tooks 9 days from the day it has been dispatched and when I have it. * Gloves are sent in a plastic bag, glove could be easily scratched or destroy as it is only wrapped in a plastic bag. It should be something more solid I think. But this doesn't has an impact on my order, I was just surprized that it was not in a box. * Because of all of it maybe 4 times, I have asked for a commercial gesture such as : refund the postal cost. Each time the customer service avoid the question and never answer on that. And just a note about the hand wrap they are not 5m but 5m5. I have 5m and these one are definitely longer.
