I've only tried a little shopping from this website so that's why I've not scored 5 - not enough experience. But my first experience satisfied my requirements - delivery was within a reasonable time and the product is as I expected. I have been given a little herbal teabag as a free gift to enjoy when I have some down time which is always a nice littlw touch. Will be sure to review more when I have more to review!
