Have ordered a couple of times now from FYP and both times service was excellent. Delivery was prompt with minimal packaging which was fantastic. Getting my little tea bag, the handwritten thank you and 10% off code for next time is also a lovely touch which gives the business a real customer centred feel. Great business that has made cloth nappy buying even more enjoyable!
