Great idea to offer a trial of reusable nappies. Not sure I would have been brave enough to take the plunge otherwise. Turns out they are just as easy as disposables! My only criticisms would be that the “nappy guide” is generic and doesn’t give much info on how to use the individual nappies or even things like how to adjust size. The other is that some of the inserts don’t have a label so they all get mixed up in the wash. Would be useful to have a picture guide of what is included in each one. Great service though.
