We have been in communication with Mr. Robinson both directly and through other online channels on this matter. He cancelled his subscription of 12 filters after his payment method was authorized and it was too late to stop the order processing. Additionally, he attempted to create multiple accounts in order to gain additional free product. Mr. Robinson's subscription's total was $180 because he ordered excess filters for his home on his initial order, since a free trial promotion was applied. He had almost a full year before his second shipment to cancel our service, and did not do so.
