The lid did not close completely onto the container. I reached out via email when I received it and got a response telling me to "try twisting the lid closed" and to send them a photo of it. I responded letting them know I had tried twisting, as well as other things, to get lid closed; and I included several photos. I never got a response from them again regarding the issue. I tried sending 3 additional emails, to which I got no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
The product got moldy inside due to it not closing correctly so I threw it away. Highly disappointed to say the least.
