I never see the same dentist. There is little continuity in my treatment. Terrible handover due to a serious lack of communication in the team.
I have been waiting over 6 months for a refund for a wisdom tooth extraction that never went ahead and should never have been booked in the first place.
Despite all this I am quite happy with the results of my Invisalign treatment, I just feel that a lot of time has been wasted by poor organisation.
