I went to the brentwood branch to get new retainers. I should have trusted my gut feeling that something was wrong when the first thing the receptionist said is their card machine wasn't working and I had to pay by cash. When she took the money she didn't even count it or give me a reciept. I was told I'd had to make another appointment to get my impressions done, which ofcourse by then they are long gone!
If anyone else used this branch and paid by cash on the day can you post it here...I know it's going to be a miracle to get my money back as theres no audit trail, but now we know why they most likely lied and said their card machine wasn't working, it's to steal as much money as they could.
