I was having trouble getting my order threw customs, dude was super helpful even though I was a disatisfied twords him at times. He resent my order 3 times even though he only had to resend it once. If your in the US I would recommend just using the us wear houses. Its a little more expensive but you get your stuff super quick and you dont have to worry about your gear getting stopped in customs.
