I live in an apartment building and when my order was delivered it wasn’t in my mailbox. I emailed admin about it and the next morning it arrived. I emailed them again to notify them that I had received it but the sent a replacement order anyway. I’ve been ordering from them for years and I have never had an issue with anything. I would recommend them to anyone.
