I'm over 50 getting close to 60. I was surprised on my results. But, it not a daily vitamin, you have to do the work. I did bulk up a bit and my average MPH on my road bike slow to just over 20. I lose the weight and my speed is back. The only down side was hunger! But, I'm work much harder. I am recommend their product it is indeed quality and fast delivery. Their agent is so great and nice as well. Will update you every other day on the status of your order and I really appreciate them.
