helped my buddy have more energy to workout better. he's found that he can have faster recovery as well. along with proper eating, he can get gains a lot quicker. he says its good for those who want faster results than normal. Its not something for him to use everyday but he would use it just before a vacation to get faster results. This MK 677 really works so well. I can the effect of it to my buddy. He just said he felt so strong and young. Maybe I will try it myself and see how it goes but yeah he is so impressed.
