Being in my senior years, I need help in getting in a good workout. I take several of the items in this formula, which they call a synergistic amino acid blend, to give me an added boost. It is nice to have them in one pill. The capsules are easy to swallow with no after taste. This product has been manufactured in a USA facility and tested by a third party. Dorado Nutrition has several highly rated supplements for these should be good as well. You are indeed helpful and wonderful, glad you found me. and thank you for supplying me all this years.
