On recommendation of a friend, I tried these. This was a long time ago, when it was a fairly new product. That was around two years ago. I take it before, during, and after extended exercise. Multiple days of skiing and multiple days of kayak fishing on a pedal-driven kayak, where I may troll for ten ocean miles in search of salmon, etc. Eliminates 90% of soreness and keeps you going. Going out to work out, go to the gym and all this things I can do with the help of their product. It was really good stuff. Highly recommended!!
