I have ordered 4 times. 1 shipment was botched and they shipped it all to me again free of charge. They have great customer service..they also run fire promotions and usually get BOGO specials. The one complaint I kind of have is the last package I received was lazily packaged by one of their individual shippers, which was not really the companies fault more of an individual. I wrote an email to the company and they assured me this would not happen again. But overall great product, great communication, great prices and they are 110 percent reliable
