I made three purchases from FinestGears. The first purchase went excellently: prompt and professional. The second exchange was prompt, but unfortunately was missing two products (over $200 value). The third purchase was missing 3 products (over $500 value). I was informed via the website chat feature that I would receive the missing products and would be contacted further via email. It has now been several weeks and no emails have been received. No products have been received.
I have since moved on to another provider for my gear.
