I think the customer service is great because they they respond with an answer with a question you might have quickly. If an order is not correct and im sure its rare that happens, they take care if it very quickly . The products are great, and the shipment time is incredible and everything is packaged well. You don't have to worry about these guys ripping you off. 150 % legit company . I was skeptical at first everything is good. Thank you finest gear.
