They profit if you lose. I had a problem with an account manager who made me sell and said he would take responsibility if I lost. After he made me lose all of my money, he vanished, and the company failed to protect my rights, refusing to listen to the recorded call and blocking my email so I couldn't contact them. They keep destroying your account by taking swaps without telling you, and after you lose everything, they block you as if you didn't exist. It's messy, and I had to ask M E R S E Y H I P**C O M who is in charge of getting my money out.
