Profits are high, withdrawals are working. But the support service is not competent at all. I spent two hours trying to find out which network is the best for me to make a deposit in the end I just figured it out myself. It's very odd that a person from the support service of a crypto project doesn't know much about cryptocurrency. In general, I am satisfied with the platform, as you can really earn a lot here. But they should definitely fire a few people from the support team and hire more competent ones.
