I ordered a product online, paid for it and heard nothing more. The site says the dispatch the same day. I had to email to then be told they don't have the item it was an error on the site and only products from the main branch ship same day, the website doesn't show this. Poor experience as a first time user of this company. Now waiting for a refund.
