Out of many SMS service vendors, Firetext was the simpliest, cleanest process for our business to adopt and use. The customer service is personable, accomodating, efficient and always open to discuss business challenges and offer solutions which is the main reason I am happy to submit this review. A service I believe we will be using for the forseeable.
