Firetext is simple and easy to use - the support (Alannah!) is fantastic: very responsive, helpful and knowledgable. The API does exactly what you'd want it to do in a very staightforward way. Some features (e.g multiple users / sub accounts) aren't obvious but an email to support normally gets the feature added to your account within minutes.
