I've had problems with on line purchases and had to ring direct. I would prefer to book and pay online.
The on board service is excellent but in recent times the 'snack box' in first class was short of acceptable. The sandwiches, coffee, tea etc is good. We would prefer a hot meal in first class but this seems to be phased out.
Overall the standards are very good and if you book 3 months in advance great value for money.
