I have travelled with Hull Trains for many years and always found the service first class. The trains run to time and the staff go out of their way to be helpful, and on one occasion the Train Manager directed a member of staff to escort me to the Underground and help me with my luggage as I am disabled and was struggling to cope. I have never had service like this from any other train company, long may it last, it has been exceptional.
