I travel to London regularly from Brough although have also travelled on the east coast and west coast lines with other operators. The is no doubt in my mind that Hull Trains is the best. Both standard class and first class are really good but what really makes a difference is the friendliness of the staff. That can make for a unique customer experience. Being from the Hull area, I call it the Village Train because that is how it feels - like being at home somehow.
