My journeys with hull trains has always been a positive experience. The staff have always been helpful to extremely so. They are great ambassadors for the company. Picking up the train in Hull always means that I get my pre booked seat. The train is always clean and tidy, and the on board services are working.
I remember pre Hull trains, and the problems experienced travelling to London, and feel that Hull and its travelling customers would be a great great deal poorer without them.
