Hard to fault, apart from lack of choice in type of seats. I don't want to be seated at a table, but invariably find this is what I get, especially on my return journeys to Hull - often opposite some oaf who spends the entire journey ramming his feet against my legs.
On the pother hand, I imagine other people would prefer not to be in 'airline' style seating, so why not let passengers choose?
