The staff are friendly and helpful. The trains seats are comfortable and roomy. The toilets are usually clean and equipped with paper and soap and the hand dryers work. When the trains are delayed I have always been kept informed. It is annoying to receive a refund that had to be used at a station rather than on-line. An icon to 'sign in' on the home page for buying tickets would be helpful. Keep going Hull Trains you are doing a good job.
