Since the start up of HULL TRAINS it is the only service I use to get to LONDON, direct trains... so no hauling luggage on and off... the seats are comfortable. the carriages are clean, the toilets are clean, the staff pleasant and I sometimes travel 1st class which is also excellent.... In the past I have traveled to London 3/4 a year to visit family ..but now I am retired and have a SENIOR RAILCARD I use it much more frequently and to date have never been disappointed with the service I have received.
