My experience of using Hull Trains has been very good. They run to time and I always use them when travelling to London. The staff are helpful and polite. The cafe is as good (or better) as any other provider and the trains and toilets are clean. The advance bookings give excellent value for money. Occasionally I use first class which is very good.
The service has now been developed and runs from Beverley. It would be useful to me if it stopped at Cottingham.
