My most recent journey required that I had to ask for assistance from station staff at both ends of my journey due to physical/age problems. This was provided outwards and on return. This assistance made my trip. I shall endeavour to use this facility in the future.
I find that your train staff are always very polite and helpful and it is a pleasure to travel with you.
