When we got their we were a little disappointed because they were running about 15 minutes late for our appt. However, Todd was incredibly kind and apologetic unlike most places who don't care if they have kept you waiting. He was very patient and took his time showing us out little baby! We didn't feel rushed and felt like he genuinely cared! Definitely worth waiting the few extra minutes! We will absolutely be going back.
