Dealing with firstcapital1 has been really stressful!! I asked if the company is regulated or not.The rep told me that they are regulated so i opened an account, Their commission is lower but I later found out that I could not make withdrawals, but they accepted deposits. All of my bitcoins trapped, for weeks!, their customer service never responded to a single email from me, I had to file a complaint to HiG H-F OR EST-CAP IT ALL T D dot C O M to get them to respond to me and lift my restriction.
