For a company that trades in this day and age, what kind of aftersales should we expect? This company has no idea how to keep customers happy. I mean, they just want the money and that's it, they disappear. No answer to emails, rarely available on the phone. Still not sorted my PC issues out.... This has been the most stressful experience I've ever had
