Bought a refurbished Dell for £75, Arrived not working and just the fan making loads of noise bit wouldn't connect to anything. They only responded wanting me to take it apart and take parts off!!! I wasn't happy with this so wanted refund and they only offered to swap but between Monday to friday 9-5 but I work those hours so not possible, They won't offer another reasonable outcome or issue a refund, Avoid at all costs, they have 100s Of FAKE REVIEWS on eBay because the other sites they only have mostly negative reviews, Avoid at all costs, If you see this at first click solutions, If you offer a reasonable resolution I will remove all the bad reviews but until then they are staying!!!
