I ordered a tent (coleman Octagon 8) and 2 air mattresses and i paid extra for the next day delivery. I received an email saying one item was cancelled due to being out of stock and that was the Tent! So they just sent me the 2 mattresses without the tent. Didn’t even confirm with me if i still want the mattresses without the tent. When i contacted customer service via email and via phone they said they will cancel the delivery and refund me in full. Its been a week now but i haven’t been refunded neither did i receive the items. Very poor service and false information from the customer service team! I’m due to go for a camping trip in 2 days and i haven’t received the items. neither the refund. Stay away! False information on websites and from customer service!
