I ordered a north face jacket . Delivery was a joke. Never came within the 3/5 days. The jacket came. And I personally think it’s counterfeit. The quality is absolutely rubbish. So I tried to return the item and the address to send it back to didn’t work the post office tried everything to get the item returned. I’ve tried to speak to someone on the web chat with no success. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company at all
