Thanks to their helpful and effective methods, I have shed two and a half stone and am now borderline type 2 diabetes, (having previously needed 2 varieties of insulin and higher dosages of other medications). My metabolic age is 15 years less than my actual age and I always have plenty of energy.
Fit4It, Tankersley, treat the individual, in a friendly, social and above all, non-judgmental, environment. I shall always be glad I walked through their doors 4 years ago. Here's to the next 4 years and beyond!
