Jon responded to my emergency call out quickly, tracked down and solved a reasonably complex problem and left me with everything working as it should. He replaced all non-working parts and was very neat and considerate throughout. I have already arranged for him to come back and fix some other electrical issues we have been working around for a while. Recommended.
