My mum's electricity went off suddenly in the evening. I phoned 4 or 5 companies, who couldn't help. Jon/ fix-my-electric arrived within an hour and a half. Jon couldn't fix it that evening, but came back the next day and fixed it. He was excellent. He genuinely cared that my mum had no power nd was determined to resolve the issue, which he did. And considering it was an evening call, and the amount of effort and hours it took, the price was extrememly reasonable. Would definitely recommend Jon and Fix-my-electric and they would be my 'go to' electrician next time. Thank you!!!!
