Lied about phone repair, said it was sent somewhere else that was agreed. Every time I rang was told they were having problems, busy, waiting parts. All lies and I have it all recorded on Messenger. They tried to fix themselves and made a mess of it. Then tried to con me into it being unrepairable! After a month it ended up with firm it was supposed to go to and they were apauled at mess made. They managed to sort it all out in a couple of days! Then got aggressive and threatening when asked to deal with matter. The firm who did fix it said the screen and battery just sorted by other firm were cheap flawed versions that they replaced. So poor spares, low on abilities to fix and deceptful. Just the place to trust your phone!
