I paid £12.50 for next day delivery, I placed my order at 7.35am on 12th October and was expecting delivery before 1pm on the 13th. My goods arrived on the 14th - a full 48-hours after making my purchase.
I emailed asking for a refund, which was not actioned. Won't be using this company again.
